Didn't really notice much from it, but from my research, it could take a while before you realize its effects. So I'm really annoyed. I bought what I believed was a higher percentage icariin HGW, to find out that the 40% is icariins (note that little but yet important "s" at the end) is not as pure as one (not in the know) let to believe. There are two methods of analysis for measuring icariin, one with acetonitrile and the other with methyl alcohol. The methyl is the inaccurate method which gives results of total icariins, most of which is dirty and impure (and unusable by the body). It give the appearance of a higher % of icariin, but is not nearly as pure in the icariin you want. I feel like I bought snake oil.
